  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds may be issued in cases where there has been a system error preventing the appointment from being scheduled or if an appointment was canceled by the provider without prior notice.
  2. Refund Process

    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment by contacting our support team at contact@hampsteadsl.live.
    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  3. Non-Refundable Situations

    • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made by patients outside of the designated time frame.
    • Refunds are not available for services rendered
